I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was fantastic—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights for me was the bathroom. Unlike the usual compact European bathrooms, this one was generously sized with modern, new fittings. The water pressure was excellent, and I appreciated the clear signage for the water temperature and shower options (overhead or hand shower). It’s such a small detail, but it made a big difference! The room itself was also impressive. It was large enough to comfortably accommodate our four luggages without feeling cramped—a rare find in Europe. On top of that, the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. And I can’t say enough good things about the staff—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Can not fault this hotel at all. Visited Amsterdam 8 times in the past and have stayed in 5 previous hotels but this time we wanted to try somewhere new, they accommodation we booked was amazing, with an added bonus of a balcony made our trip 10x more amazing. The sun shone on our balcony everyday making it so much more enjoyable to sit outside and rest. The room had everything we needed and was spacious. We only had one little problem (key didn’t work when returning to room One day and we were on top floor lol ) But was resolved very quickly and staff were amazing. I honestly can not fault this hotel and we can not wait to return in the summer this year and are hoping we can get the same room with the perfect views!

Easy location and has a lift to the floors which is always a bonus in Amsterdam it’s right by the train station so perfect for exploring everywhere. It was really clean and genuinely nice compared to other 1 star places. We forgot our plug adapters and they let us borrow two for the weekend. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and gave us a recommendation list of places to eat things to do. Basic place for what you need when you’re not spending time in your hotel bed & bathroom but no wardrobe or drawers space so just bear this in mind for longer stays.

The Exchange is so unique. The space is used very efficiently and great care has been taken to make this an artsy, boutique hotel experience. We stayed in the Rembrandt suite, which was roomy and wonderfully decorated. Our room was spotless, the linens high quality, and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the rooftop views of the city. The staff was marvelous and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect -- less than ten minute walk from Centraal Station.

we had the 5* room .. the hotel was clean little basic with things ..and staff very friendly and if your after a city stay then it is perfect lotion infront off the central station 5 min walk. and everything ect is very close. we had trips out of the centre and was easy to get to as tram metro train all very close. would recommend and stay again. also the bed we had in our room was huge and very comfortable.
